Complaints or concerns about Diamond Protection Training management of personal information should be directed in writing to Diamond Protection Training Chief Executive Officer. Diamond Protection Training will respond in writing within 10 business days. Complaints received by Diamond Protection Training will be managed in accordance with the Complaints and Appeals and Appeals Policy.
